Every suite comes move-in ready with a free-standing shampoo bowl, a hand sink, a comfortable styling chair, a complete salon station with custom cabinetry, and your own thermostat — all behind a stylish frosted-glass entry. Building amenities include 24/7 key-fob access, security cameras, a breakroom with kitchenette, and free on-site laundry, and common areas are cleaned six nights a week.
Suite pricing depends on the location and the suite style that fits your business — single, double, or spa. Schedule a tour and we'll walk you through the available suites, current promotions, and exact rates while you see the space in person.
The Hive is built for all beauty professionals: hair stylists, estheticians, massage therapists, makeup artists, lash technicians, med spas, and more. If you hold a State Board license, there's a suite tailored to your services.
Just your State Board license and proof of liability insurance. There's no deposit required, and rent is handled through simple weekly ACH payments.
Fast — onboarding is designed to be simple and stylist-friendly. Once you've toured and picked your suite, you can typically be set up and seeing clients within days, not months.
